BeatBytes is provided free, as-is, by Beatbytes LLC. Using the app means you accept these terms. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps distributed through the App Store.
The service
BeatBytes is a music player for iPhone. It requires an internet connection, and the catalogue, artwork and metadata it displays come from third-party services rather than from us. Availability of any particular track is determined by those services and can change without notice.
Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, non-commercial listening. Do not attempt to circumvent its limits, redistribute content obtained through it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the terms of the services it draws from.
Content and rights
We do not own the music, artwork, or metadata shown in the app, and we claim no rights over it. Those remain with their respective owners. If you hold rights in material shown in the app and object to its appearance there, contact us at hello@beatbytes.app and we will respond promptly.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular track will be available or remain available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beatbytes LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms may change as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
